About

Ric was raised on an old farm in Pennsylvania dating back to the 1700’s. In school, he soon learned he could get out of writing papers by doing live presentations. His teachers were thrilled they had one less paper to read and always gave him an A! And so the performer was born. He also was enamored with music and eventually became a professional drummer in big bands, jazz combos, and pit orchestras. After graduating high school, Ric attended Ithaca College where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting and Directing.

Work came immediately upon graduation when he was hired to do three plays in true repertory at a summer Shakespeare festival. After a couple years working in and around New York, Ric was cast in his first production contract show, CHAPLIN, written by and starring Anthony Newley. Since then his career has been quite varied, appearing on Broadway, off-Broadway, in regional theatres all across the country, in sitcoms, TV dramas, comedy sketches for David Letterman and Jimmy Fallon, TV movies, feature films, commercials, voiceovers, and even an animated musical feature film. Currently residing in New York City, Ric also lived and worked extensively in Hollywood. He loves to travel for business and pleasure, and his career has taken him to different parts of the globe. An admitted history dork, Ric holds a NYC tour guide’s license, and is someone you’d want on your team for Trivial Pursuit.
